Corrections

Dear Jan:

Here are the corrections on the last of the index pages. I believe I have now seen everything except the illustrations, the jacket and the addition to the last paragraph of the preface.

Are you now able to estimate when you will be ready to forward the finished product to Salt Lake? We would like to start sending out some advertising, but we don’t want to get it out too far ahead of the availability of the book, as this leads to complaints from customers who have to wait for delivery.
