I have concluded that the preface as published with the 11 chapters is o.k. to use, with an addition, text of which is enclosed.
Since I do not know just who has participated in the project, I will have to leave it to you to complete the last line by adding the other names.
The reason I have been so slow getting this to you is that I have had a kind of a setback in the recovery process, and have had to reduce my activities again for a while. I hope to get back on the track soon.
