(3) An addition to the acknowledgements. I believe this takes care of all that is outstanding. Even though it will take some more time, I believe I should proofread these items. Perhaps you could give them precedence over the other things still remaining, so that you can work on them while the proofs are traveling. I enjoyed our conversations in Salt Lake City.
