Chapters 8 to 11

Dear Jan:

I am sending you Chapters 8 to 11 today, I am still prohibited from taking the stairs, so Paul Pitzer took care of the odds and ends and made the copy for you. But he was here before I finished the final proofreading of Chapter 8, so there are a few more corrections to be made, I am enclosing them herewith.

The values 10,3, 15.5, and 20,7 on pages 7, 8, and 9 respectively were changed on the disk, but I have decided to use the original values, so they should be corrected back to where they are on the printout.
